Q: Do you come to my house or business to fix my computer?
A: Yes. Premiere Computer Solutions specializes in on-site or remote assistance. We will come to your house or business to fix any problem. Or you can use Anywhere Remote Assistance to have us fix your problems.
Q: Can you connect to my computer after the remote session is over?
A: No. Once the session is ended we cannot connect to your computer. No program is ever installed. After we are done you may simply delete the Anywhere Remote Assistance tool, or leave it somewhere on your pc until you request your next service visit.
Q: Do you work on Mac Computers?
A: Yes. We work on most Macintosh computers. We repair and replace some hardware on Macs depending on the model. We now offer remote assistance to users owning Macs.
Q: Do you work on desktops and laptops?
A: Yes. We work on both laptops and desktops.
